This isn't a 47-page legal labyrinth. We collect what we need to deliver compliance services. Nothing more.
What Data We Actually Collect
When you request a consultation or quote:
- Contact info (name, email, phone)
- Company details and jurisdiction targets
- Current licensing status and platform specs
During active engagements:
- Technical documentation for certification reviews
- Platform access credentials (stored encrypted, never shared)
- Communication history related to your compliance project
Website analytics:
- Standard stuff: IP address, browser type, pages visited
- No cross-site tracking. No data selling. Period.
How We Use Your Information
Your data serves exactly three purposes:
1. Delivering compliance services. We can't file your Malta application without your corporate docs. We can't audit your RNG without platform access.
2. Project communication. Status updates, deadline reminders, regulatory alerts affecting your jurisdiction.
3. Improving our processes. Aggregated, anonymized data helps us spot common compliance gaps and refine our methodologies.
We do not use your information for marketing without explicit consent. We do not sell client lists. Ever.
Data Protection Standards
We handle sensitive licensing applications daily. Security isn't negotiable:
- AES-256 encryption for stored documents
- TLS 1.3 for all data transmission
- Role-based access controls (only assigned consultants see your files)
- Annual third-party security audits
Client data gets purged 90 days after project completion unless you request extended retention for ongoing support.
Third-Party Sharing (The Short List)
We share data only when absolutely required:
- Regulatory bodies: When submitting your applications to gaming commissions
- Testing labs: For RNG certification and software audits (under NDA)
- Legal counsel: If jurisdictional filings require attorney involvement
We vet all third parties for data protection compliance. Zero exceptions.
Your Rights
You control your data:
- Request copies of everything we have on file
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements for completed filings)
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Policy Updates
Gaming regulations evolve. So do data privacy laws. When we update this policy, you'll get email notification if changes affect active projects.
Check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top tells you when we made revisions.
Questions?
Gaming compliance is complicated enough. Privacy policy questions shouldn't add to the headache.
